  摘要
  本工程为南京戊申小区住宅楼,建筑为六层,建筑面积为6600 m',建筑总高度为22m,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。
  结构计算的基本步骤:确定计算的某榀框架,得出计算简图;计算恒载、活载、风荷载和地震荷载;计算出相应荷载下的内力图,荷载和活载这种竖向荷载采用二次分配法计算或分层法计算,本结构采用的是分层法与力矩分配法结合计算内力,风荷载与地震荷载这种水平荷载采用的是底部剪力法计算每一层的剪力,而后通过D值法计算内力;将不同工况下的内力进行内力组合,选取最不利内力;进行梁、柱、基础、楼板以及楼梯截面设计,柱、板的设计采用弹性理论,梁的设计采用塑性理论,基础选用柱下独立基础。在进行截面抗震设计时,遵循了强剪弱弯,强柱弱梁,强节点弱构件的设计原则,且满足构造要求。进行了建筑设计与结构设计。建筑方面考虑了符合本工程特点的建筑型式及功能要求,尽量设计为既有传统特色,又有现代特点,并且适应本地区特点。结构设计进行了建筑材料的选取,结构型式及尺寸的选取,荷载及其组合,构件内力的分析计算以及配筋。

  abstract
  This project is a residential building in Wushen Community,Nanjing,with six floors and a building area of 6600 meters.The total height of the building is 22 meters and it adopts a reinforced concrete frame structure.
  The basic steps of structural calculation:determine a certain frame for calculation and obtain a calculation diagram;Calculate dead load,live load,wind load,and seismic load;Calculate the internal force diagram under the corresponding loads.Vertical loads such as loads and live loads are calculated using the secondary distribution method or the layered method.This structure uses a combination of the layered method and the moment distribution method to calculate the internal force.Horizontal loads such as wind and seismic loads are calculated using the bottom shear method to calculate the shear force of each floor,and then the internal force is calculated using the D-value method;Combine the internal forces under different working conditions and select the most unfavorable internal forces;Design beams,columns,foundations,floor slabs,and staircase cross-sections using elastic theory for columns and slabs,plastic theory for beams,and independent foundations under columns.When conducting seismic design for cross-sections,the design principles of strong shear weak bending,strong columns weak beams,strong nodes weak components were followed,and the structural requirements were met.Conducted architectural and structural design.In terms of architecture,consideration has been given to building types and functional requirements that are in line with the characteristics of this project.The design should strive to have both traditional and modern features,while also adapting to the local characteristics.The structural design involves the selection of building materials,structural types and sizes,loads and their combinations,analysis and calculation of internal forces of components,and reinforcement.
