摘要
施工组织设计是指导建筑工程全过程施工的纲领性文件，通过对项目施工的技术方案、组织模式、资源调配及各项管理措施的系统规划，为工程顺利推进提供科学依据。本工程为无锡新城商业投资有限公司投资开发的商业综合体项目，总建筑面积约 41200 平方米，建筑结构形式为框架 剪力墙结构。针对项目体量大、功能复杂、交叉作业多的特点，编制本施工组织设计时，全面涵盖项目组织架构设置、施工分区部署、施工准备工作、关键分项工程施工方案、工程质量创优措施、安全生产保障体系、文明施工与绿色施工措施、现场协调管理方案等核心内容，注重科学性、前瞻性与可操作性，是实现工程质量、进度、安全、成本四大目标的重要技术支撑文件。关键词：施工方案 绿色施工 交叉作业 进度控制
Abstract
Construction organization design is a programmatic document guiding the entire process of construction engineering. Through systematic planning of technical schemes, organizational models, resource allocation, and various management measures for project construction, it provides a scientific basis for the smooth progress of the project. This project is a commercial complex developed by Wuxi Xincheng Commercial Investment Co., Ltd., with a total construction area of approximately 41,200 square meters and a building structure of frameshear wall. In view of the characteristics of large project scale, complex functions, and numerous crossoperations, this construction organization design comprehensively covers core contents such as project organizational structure setting, construction zoning deployment, construction preparation work, construction schemes for key subdivisional works, measures for achieving excellent project quality, safety production guarantee system, civilized and green construction measures, and onsite coordination and management scheme. It focuses on scientificity, foresight, and operability, and is an important technical support document for achieving the four major goals of project quality, progress, safety, and cost.
