Abstract (Residential Building)
Construction organization design is a programmatic document for the management of residential building construction. It provides comprehensive guidance for the smooth progress of the project through overall planning of construction deployment, technical schemes, resource allocation, and quality and safety control throughout the entire project construction process. This project is invested and developed by Hangzhou Yiju Real Estate Co., Ltd., with a total construction area of approximately 36,800 square meters and a shear wall structure. In response to the high requirements for residential comfort, diverse layouts, and prominent environmental protection needs of residential buildings, this design comprehensively considers core elements such as the construction of a project management system, construction zoning deployment, resource allocation plan, optimization of main construction processes, prevention and control measures for common quality issues, safety production guarantees, civilized construction and environmental protection, and seasonal construction response plans. It emphasizes practicality, economy, and humanity, and is an important technical and economic document to ensure the highquality, safe, and efficient delivery of the project, meeting the residential needs of residents.
