摘要
本次设计题目是西城社区服务中心设计,该建筑三层,采用框架结构。本设计涵盖建筑设计与结构设计两大核心部分。建筑设计以“便民高效、开放共享”为理念,平面布局划分为办事大厅、多功能活动室、便民服务室等区域,通过合理设置出入口实现人流有序分流,同时优化窗户尺寸与朝向,确保各功能空间采光充足、通风流畅,并采用挤塑板保温层提升建筑节能性能。结构设计采用横向框架承重体系,计算过程中充分考虑当地风荷载取值及抗震设防烈度要求,利用结构塑性内力重分布的有利影响,对竖向荷载作用下的框架梁端内力进行调幅,分别验算恒载与活载组合下由可变荷载效应控制及永久荷载效应控制的两种工况,保证结构在不同荷载组合下的承载安全性与稳定性。

Abstract
The design topic is the Xicheng Community Service Center, a threestory building with a frame structure. This design encompasses two core parts: architectural design and structural design. The architectural design is based on the concept of "convenience, efficiency, openness, and sharing". The floor plan is divided into areas such as the reception hall, multifunctional activity room, and convenience service room. By reasonably arranging entrances and exits, we achieve orderly pedestrian flow distribution. At the same time, we optimize the size and orientation of windows to ensure sufficient lighting and smooth ventilation in each functional space. Additionally, we use extruded board insulation to enhance the building's energy efficiency. The structural design adopts a lateral frame loadbearing system. During the calculation process, we fully consider the local wind load values and seismic fortification intensity requirements. We leverage the beneficial effects of structural plastic internal force redistribution to adjust the internal forces at the ends of frame beams under vertical loads. We separately verify two scenarios controlled by variable load effects and permanent load effects under the combination of dead load and live load, ensuring the structural safety and stability under different load combinations.
