  本次设计题目是恒通企业研发楼设计,该建筑五层,采用框架结构。本设计包含建筑设计与结构设计两个主要方面。建筑设计聚焦“科技高效、舒适便捷”的研发需求,平面采用“核心筒+外围办公”布局,核心筒设置电梯、楼梯及设备管井,外围划分研发实验室与办公区,实验室区域预留设备安装空间并强化通风设计,办公区通过玻璃幕墙增强自然采光与视野通透性。结构设计采用纵向框架承重形式,计算时综合考虑风荷载、地震作用及楼面活载(实验室区域按3.0kN/㎡取值),在竖向荷载内力计算中引入塑性内力重分布理论,对框架节点内力进行合理调幅,同时严格按照规范要求进行恒载与活载的不同组合验算,重点核查由可变荷载效应控制和永久荷载效应控制的组合工况下结构的内力与变形,确保研发楼在复杂荷载条件下的结构安全与使用功能。

  The design topic this time is the design of the Hengtong Enterprise R&D Building, which consists of five floors and adopts a frame structure. This design encompasses two main aspects: architectural design and structural design. The architectural design focuses on the R&D needs of "efficient technology, comfort, and convenience", with a layout of "core tube + peripheral office" adopted. The core tube is equipped with elevators, stairs, and equipment tube wells, while the periphery is divided into R&D laboratories and office areas. The laboratory area reserves space for equipment installation and enhances ventilation design, while the office area utilizes glass curtain walls to enhance natural lighting and visual transparency. The structural design adopts a longitudinal frame loadbearing form. During calculation, wind load, seismic action, and floor live load (taken as 3.0kN/㎡ for the laboratory area) are comprehensively considered. In the calculation of vertical load internal forces, the theory of plastic internal force redistribution is introduced to reasonably adjust the internal forces of frame nodes. At the same time, different combinations of dead load and live load are rigorously checked in accordance with regulatory requirements, with emphasis on verifying the internal forces and deformations of the structure under combined conditions controlled by variable load effects and permanent load effects, to ensure the structural safety and functional use of the R&D building under complex load conditions.
