摘要
本次设计题目是城东宜居苑住宅楼设计,该建筑五层,采用框架结构。本设计主要由建筑设计和结构设计构成。建筑设计遵循“舒适宜居、动静分区”的居住理念,平面布局设计两室一厅、三室一厅等多种户型,各户型均保证客厅与主卧朝南以获取充足采光,厨卫区域设置独立通风系统,外墙采用复合保温砂浆层实现节能保温。结构设计采用横向框架承重体系,计算过程中根据当地抗震设防烈度及风荷载标准值,充分考虑结构塑性内力重分布的有利作用,对竖向荷载下的框架梁内力进行调幅,分别验算恒载与活载组合中由可变荷载效应控制和永久荷载效应控制的工况,同时核查楼面活载(卧室按2.0kN/㎡、客厅按2.5kN/㎡取值)对结构的影响,确保住宅楼结构安全与居住舒适性。

Abstract
The design topic this time is the design of a residential building in Chengdong Yiju Garden. The building is five stories tall and adopts a frame structure. This design mainly consists of architectural design and structural design. The architectural design follows the living concept of "comfortable and livable, separating active and quiet areas". The floor plan design includes various layouts such as two bedrooms and one living room, and three bedrooms and one living room. Each layout ensures that the living room and the master bedroom face south to obtain sufficient natural lighting. The kitchen and bathroom areas are equipped with independent ventilation systems, and the exterior walls use composite insulation mortar layers to achieve energy conservation and thermal insulation. The structural design adopts a horizontal frame loadbearing system. During the calculation process, based on the local seismic fortification intensity and standard values of wind load, the beneficial effects of structural plastic internal force redistribution are fully considered. The internal forces of the frame beams under vertical loads are adjusted, and the conditions controlled by variable load effects and permanent load effects in the combination of dead load and live load are separately verified. At the same time, the impact of floor live loads (bedrooms are valued at 2.0kN/㎡, living rooms at 2.5kN/㎡) on the structure is checked to ensure the structural safety and living comfort of the residential building.
