  摘要
  本次设计题目是城北科创园办公楼设计,该建筑六层,采用框架结构。本设计涵盖建筑设计与结构设计两大板块。建筑设计以“高效便捷、简约实用”为核心,平面采用“核心筒+外围办公区”布局,核心筒内设置电梯、消防楼梯及强弱电井,外围办公区采用大开间设计以灵活划分办公区域,通过落地窗与玻璃隔断增强空间通透性与自然采光。结构设计采用纵向框架承重形式,计算时综合考虑风荷载、地震作用及楼面活载(办公区按2.0kN/㎡取值),引入塑性内力重分布理论对框架节点内力进行合理调幅,严格按照规范要求验算恒载与活载的不同组合工况,重点控制由可变荷载效应控制和永久荷载效应控制组合下的结构变形,保证办公楼结构稳定性与使用功能性。

  Abstract
  The design topic this time is the design of the office building in Chengbei Science and Innovation Park. The building has six floors and adopts a frame structure. This design covers two major sections: architectural design and structural design. The architectural design is centered around "efficiency, convenience, simplicity, and practicality". The layout adopts a "core tube + peripheral office area" plan, with elevators, fire stairs, and strong and weak electricity wells arranged within the core tube. The peripheral office area adopts a largebay design to flexibly divide the office area, enhancing spatial transparency and natural lighting through french windows and glass partitions. The structural design adopts a longitudinal frame loadbearing form. During calculation, wind load, seismic action, and floor live load (taken as 2.0kN/㎡ for the office area) are comprehensively considered. The theory of plastic internal force redistribution is introduced to reasonably adjust the internal forces of frame joints. Different combinations of dead load and live load are rigorously checked and calculated in accordance with the specifications, with emphasis on controlling structural deformation under the combination of variable load effects and permanent load effects, to ensure the structural stability and functional use of the office building.
