  摘要
  本次设计题目是城西职业技术学院宿舍楼设计,该建筑四层,采用框架结构。本设计包含建筑设计与结构设计两个主要部分。建筑设计遵循“集约实用、安全有序”的住宿原则,平面划分四人间与六人间宿舍区域,配套设置公共卫生间、洗衣房及自习室,各楼层合理设置疏散楼梯与安全出口,宿舍内预留空调安装位置并优化窗户开启方式以保障通风。结构设计采用横向框架承重体系,计算过程中依据当地气象地质条件选取风荷载与抗震参数,利用结构塑性内力重分布优势对竖向荷载下的框架内力进行调幅优化,分别对恒载与活载组合的两种控制工况进行结构承载力验算,同时考虑宿舍床铺、书桌等集中荷载对楼面的影响,确保宿舍楼结构可靠与住宿安全。

  Summary
  The design topic this time is the dormitory building design for Chengxi Vocational and Technical College. The building is a fourstory structure with a frame structure. This design includes two main parts: architectural design and structural design. The architectural design follows the accommodation principle of "intensive, practical, safe, and orderly". The floor plan is divided into fourperson and sixperson dormitory areas, with supporting facilities such as public bathrooms, laundries, and study rooms. Evacuation stairs and emergency exits are reasonably arranged on each floor. Air conditioning installation positions are reserved in the dormitories, and window opening methods are optimized to ensure ventilation. The structural design adopts a lateral frame loadbearing system. During the calculation process, wind loads and seismic parameters are selected based on local meteorological and geological conditions. The advantage of structural plastic internal force redistribution is utilized to adjust and optimize the internal forces of the frame under vertical loads. Structural bearing capacity checks are carried out for two control conditions: dead load and live load combinations. At the same time, the impact of concentrated loads such as dormitory beds and desks on the floor is considered to ensure the structural reliability of the dormitory building and the safety of accommodation.
