毕设基本摘要

摘 要
本设计为南京师范大学文远楼，是集办公、教学为一体的综合楼。该建筑总共有十四层，总建筑面积为21873m2，平面采用S形曲线布置，并设有一条变形缝，主体采用框架－剪力墙结构，柱下采用桩基础，剪力墙下采用条形基础。本设计包括建筑设计、结构设计、基础设计和外文翻译等几个部分。其中结构设计是核心内容，包括结构布置、选型，地震作用下利用振型分解反应谱法对结构进行协同分析，其他荷载作用下的内力计算及其组合以及构件的截面设计。图纸包括建筑施工图和结构施工图两部分。其中建筑施工图包括各层平面图，立面图，剖面图和节点详图；结构施工图包括各层结构平面布置图，板、梁、柱配筋图，剪力墙配筋图和基础布置图。

ABSTRACT
This design Wenyuan-building of Nanjing Normal University is a comprehensive teaching office building.It consists of 14 storiers,and the total construction area is 21873m2.The ground plane adopt the S form decoration, and establish one distortion  sew. The structure form is frame-shear wall, the foundation under the column is stake foundation, and the one under the shear wall is strip foundation. This design includes the building design,structure design and the found- ation design and the outside text to translate several parts, among them, the structure design part is the core that should design,including structural arrangement,shaping,using the mode analysis method to analysis the frame-shear wall structural under the earthquake,with other kind of load function endogenic force computation and its combination,as well as the component section design.The architectural working drawing includes every standard plan view, elevation view,section view and some detail view of nodal point.The structural working drawing includes every structural plan,the steal plan of beam, board and column.
