摘要
本设计以 某商厦为例阐明了框架 - 剪力墙商层建筑结构设计的一般过程，以单片结构的设计阐述了框架、剪力墙部分结构设计的步骤，通过些设计，使零散的理论知识 系统化，同时还掌握了结构设计的内容，为以后就业奠定扎 实的基础。
建筑设计以适用 、经济 、美观的总体要求 ，建筑平面简洁、 明快、体现时代待征，结构方案合理，体系选择准备、技术 先进、利于施工，装饰简洁适用、经济。功能综合，下为商 服，上做为写字楼，采用大开间的形式为使用者一定的设计 空间作为分割功能区之用。
哈尔滨市地处严寒地区 ，考虑 寒冷地区的特点 ，为了满足 保温要求本建筑外墙用 300 ㎜厚陶粒砼，造型朴素明朗，整 洁淡雅。为满足立面造型的美观采用幕墙装饰，这样既满足 了当今的现代化写字楼要求，又有了整体美观的效果。
