摘要
随着我国经济和技术的发展,带动了我国城市建设的发展,从而要求建筑物所能达到的高度与规模不断地增加,为城市风景和节约国土资源贡献力量。但是,建筑物高度越大受到的风荷载与地震作用的影响也就越大。
本设计为当丹东市安馨家园高层住宅楼,该住宅楼总建筑面积为8154㎡。主体结构共11层,每层层高为3.0m,满足住宅的设计要求,形成一梯(两电梯)3户,内部为套间式。走廊的宽度采用1.8m。室内外高差为0.45m。本建筑主体结构为高层住宅楼,设计时应主要考虑水平地震作用及竖向荷载作用,满足顶点位移及各层位移限制要求。
本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两大部分。在建筑设计中,应主要考虑建筑的使用性能,并满足安全性、适用性及耐久性要求。按照每间住宅的布置以及走廊的布置确定。结构设计中,主要进行了剪力墙几何特征及刚度计算、重力荷载计算、水平荷载计算、风荷载计算、结构水平位移计算、内力组合及主要墙体截面配筋等,并绘制配筋图及各部位的细部详图。
