毕设基本摘要

摘要
本工程为济南市解放路一拟建综合楼。根据建筑设计、抗震方面等的要求，确定合理的结构方案和结构布置方案，确定框架按功能分为商业用房和客房，楼高19.5m，总建筑面积4250m2.本建筑物防火等级二级，抗震设防烈度6度。
结构设计的阶段大体可以分为三个阶段：
(1)结构方案阶段：根据建筑的重要性，建筑所在地的抗震设防烈度，工程地质勘查报告，建筑场地的类别及建筑的高度和层数来确定建筑的结构形式，本工程采用的是框架结构；
(2)结构计算阶段：包括荷载统计、内力组合计算和构件计算；
(3)施工图设计阶段：根据上述计算结果，来最终确定构件布置和构件配筋以及根据规范的要求来确定结构构件的构造措施。

The Design of A Comprehensive Building
ABSTRACT
This graduation project is a comprehensive building in the jiefang road of Jinan、 , According to the requirement of architectural design and the earthquake resistance,the reasonable structural scheme was determined. This frame structure can be divided into Commercial buildings and Standard Room.The whole building is about 19.5 meters and the building area is about 4250 .  The fire-protection rating  is 2 degrees and seismic intensity is 6 degrees
The stage of the structural design can be divided into three stages on the whole:
(1)Structural scheme stage: According to the importance of the building, providing fortification against earthquakes in the earthquake intensity, the geologic prospect report of the project of the building site, classification and height and storey of the building of the building field are counted to confirm the structural form of architecture, what this project is adopted is frame structure;
(2)Calculate stage in structure: Including calculate of loading、 internal force the component;
(3)Construction drawings design phase: According to described above result of calculation, come, confirm component assign with component mixing muscling and coming, confirming structural structure measuring of component according to the request of norm finally.
