施工组织设计是针对工程开工前工程本身特点和工程情况，按照工程要求，对工程所需的施工劳动力，材料，机具和临时设施，经过科学的计算和合理的安排后编制出来的，对工程顺利进行起到保障的文件，主要内容包括编制依据、编制原则、工程概况、施工前准备、施工进度计划、主要施工机械设备情况、劳动力投入计划及其保证措施、主要材料投入计划及其保证、质量保证措施、施工总平面布置、主要施工方法、施工工艺及相关的保障措施等主要内容，起到控制施工进度和成本的作用，所以施工组织设计在工程上的作用显而易见。

Abstract
The paper begins with a brief introduction of the basics of the construction organization; followed by details few Oita project construction organization, including measurement engineering; earthworks; foundation engineering; scaffold engineering; formwork engineering; steel works; concrete works; masonry ; roofing project; decorative works, and gives specific methods and steps of the construction organization; then discuss the existing problems in the construction organization, and countermeasures to be taken; Finally, the case made further in-depth discussion on the construction.
