摘 要
本项目为某中学教学楼，建筑高度为15.750米，共四层，总建筑面2726.44㎡，设计年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为6度，结构类型为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构，楼板为双向板，楼梯采用板式楼梯，基础采用柱下独立基础。框架结构内力计算时，在竖向荷载作用下框架内力近似计算时采用分层法，在水平荷载作用下框架内力近似计算时采用改进反弯点法（D值法）。在计算过程中对梁的弯矩进行了调幅，板内力计算采用弹性理论计算方法。对建筑中出现的墙体均直接放在梁上，墙、板的重量传给梁，梁再传给柱，传力路线明确。
手工计算完毕后，用结构分析软件PKPM进行了整体框架计算。
设计成果包括计算书和施工图纸两部分。
