摘 要
本工程为四川省峨眉ft市烟草公司营销用房工程项目，占地面积 4.35 亩，建筑
面积 2994 平方米，共四层，局部五层，砖混结构，是集办公营销、库房周转、员工 活动、职工食堂为一体的综合办公楼。工程项目施工以图纸为依据，编制施工进度计 划，绘制工程施工进度网络计划和横道图。
综合考虑四川峨眉ft市烟草公司营销用房的实际工程特点、施工条件和技术水平 的情况下，为满足业主的工期要求，制定合理的施工进度计划。针对本工程项目编制 先进的施工组织设计，在遵守法律、法规和安全文明施工的同时，达到施工工程的质 量目标、进度目标和投资目标，全面的完成施工任务。

Abstract
This works for Emeishan tobacco company marketing space project covers an area of 4.35 acres, building area of 2994 square meters, a total of four, five local, brick structure, is a marketing office, warehouse turnover, staff activities, canteen for the integrated office building. Project construction to drawings as the basis, the preparation of construction schedule,construction schedule network drawing program and Gantt chart.
Considering Sichuan Emeishan City Tobacco marketing space characteristics of the actual project, construction conditions and technical level of the case, in order to meet the owner's schedule requirements, formulate a reasonable construction schedule. For the preparation of the project advanced construction design, in compliance with laws, regulations, and safe and civilized construction, while achieving construction project quality goals, objectives and progress of the investment objective, comprehensive complete the construction tasks.
