摘 要
随着我国改革开放的深入,城市建设也随之迅猛展开,珠江三角洲地区则是这次经济热潮中的佼佼者。为了提高城市土地的利用率,该地区地质条件较差的软弱土地区也变成了城市建设用地。但是,软弱地基土承载力较低,含水量较高、压缩性较大、土层性质复杂多变,不能满足工程建设的要求,这就需要对其进行人工处理。
水泥土搅拌桩是加固软土地基的一种有效方法,它具有如下几大优点:可最大限度地利用地基土,并且施工时没有地基土的侧向挤出,对原有建筑物的影响较小,可在建筑物密集的地方进行施工;可根据地基土性质的不同,合理选择固化剂及其配合比,设计比较灵活;施工时无振动、噪音和污染;可灵活地采用柱状、壁状、格栅状和块状等形式加固地基;土体加固前后重度相差不大,基本不会由于水泥土桩的设置而对软弱下卧层产生附加应力(沉降);与其他方法相比,造价低廉,工期较短等。
因而该地基处理方法在公路、铁路、水利、市政以及建筑等工程建设中得到了迅速而广泛的应用。
