摘 要
本次毕业设计的课题是“住房项目4#楼投标文件编制”，根据任务书要求，需要完成一份施工规划（技术标）及一份商务标。
技术标包括施工组织设计，施工进度表及施工平面布置图三项内容。本施工组织设计以设计文件为依据进行编写，编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工场地的有效利用、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素综合考虑分析，突出科学性及可行性,确保工程顺利进行。
商务标是根据建设工程工程量清单计价规范，湖南省建筑工程与装饰工程计价表，湖南省建筑与装饰工程费用计算规则等规范编制的投标报价，将作为投标中标的主要经济依据。主要包括地基处理工程、土方工程、基础工程、主体工程、装饰装修工程的工程量计算及报价。

Abstract
The graduation design topic is " The Bid Documents of The Lake Blue Sky of Affordable Housing Projects In 4 # Floor ", according to the graduation design, a construction planning (technical standard) and business standard.
Technical standard is including the construction organization design, construction schedule and construction layout etc. The construction organization design is writed and compiled by design documents, there are target period, engineering quality, project management organization, labor power, construction sites, schedule, mechanical equipment materials and turnover equipment, main method, safety measures, civilized construction and environmental protection, reducting cost measures factors and so on. Comprehensing by outstanding scientific and feasibility, considerating the analysis, we ensure project smoothly.
According to the business standard of the standard of valuation, construction and decoration project in hunan province, table decoration engineering cost and calculation rules, the specifications for bid price quotations will serve as the main economic basis in bid jobs. which includes the ground treatment project, the earthwork, the foundation engineering, the principal part, the decoration repair project resilience computation and the quoted price.
