设计总说明
本毕业设计由施工组织设计和专项施工方案组成。
本工程商城位于绵阳市火车客站附近,西侧紧临东辰花园商业城城内,建筑主体五层,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。建筑面积 16903.4㎡,建筑高度22.650m。
由于本工程位于火车站附近,施工场地有限,所以在施工时采用基坑支护的专项施工方案以节约施工用地。由于本工程是一大型综合体,所以在进行施工方案选择是充分参考了中国人民共和国颁发的现行建筑结构和建筑施工,水电,安装的各类规程,规范及验评标准以及绵阳市政府、建设主管部门的相关规定,以确保施工方案经济、科学、有效。
本工程因工程量较大所以较大工期较长,本工程严格按照安全文明施工条例等行业规范,文明施工,尽量做到不影响周围居民的正常生活。由于绵阳市属于夏热冬冷地区且夏季雨水充足,本设计充分考虑到之一因素,编制了具体的应对措施,是的本工程的施工进度尽可能不被大雨所干扰。
由于对本工程进行了科学合理的进度安排是的本工程的施工时间从计划工期的415个日历天提前至376个日历天。
