摘 要
本论文题目为城市花园住宅楼招标文件的编制。本工程建设地点位于西安市雁塔区电子城欧亚路128号。本建筑的要求为一级建筑等级，建筑的耐火等级为一级，建筑类型为剪力墙结构，最高为50年的使用年限，抗震设防烈度为八度，屋面防水等级为Ⅱ级，防水层合理使用年限为15年。建筑层数为地下一层，地上二十二层，建筑总面积为32319.3m2(其中地上30329.3m2 地下1990m2) ，建筑高度为66.45m。
本论文主要内容包括了八个内容，即投标邀请书，投标人须知，评标办法，合同条款及格式，工程量清单，图纸，技术标准和要求，投标文件格式。
为节约经济、时间成本，本次工程招标采取邀请招标方式。为便于投标人了解工程详情，编制招标文件，工程概况，工程量清单等内容编写详实，明确了可能发生的导致经济或责任纠纷的事项。
