资料简介： 本施工组织设计依据国家现行相关设计规范、标准、建设方所提供的《医院岩土工程勘察报告》、建设方提供的设计委托书、及城市规划管理局对本工程方案设计的审查意见通知书进行编制。
本工程为医院病房楼工程，其总建筑面积为22000m2，地上 11层，地下 1层，结构为钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构，设计使用年限为50年。
为了完成本工程对施工项目管理规划的编制，根据工程的实际情况，制定工程的整个施工方案、技术措施、质量目标及保证措施，质量控制点的设置及预控措施。采用了施工总平面图、横道图、网络图，结合相关资料，更加清晰地确定了施工方案和施工部署，并且明确了进度施工计划，同时明确了工程的质量管理、安全管理等内容，最终完成了施工项目管理规划的整体编制。

This project for building JingXia County hospital Floor, the total construction area is 21965.37 m2 with 11 floors. It is the slope roof (a part of flat roof), and the basic structure is the brick structure. Besides, the design life of this building is 50 years.
In order to complete the preparation of the works on the construction project management planning, according to the actual situation of the project to develop the project throughout the construction program, technical measures, quality objectives and assurance measures, quality control point of the set and the pre-control measures. We made a total construction plan, Gantt chart and network diagram, combined with relevant information. Then, we determined the construction program and construction deploy more clearly, and was clear about the progress of the construction plan. At the same time, we made clear about the quality of the project management, security management. Ultimately we completed preparation of the project management planning of the building 9 in Yingfeng district JingXia County.
The design mainly includes the following: construction organization design books, Chinese-English translation, construction layout plan, construction schedule Gantt chart, network diagram. Its preparation applies Glodon, AutoCAD, MATLAB and other relevant software, give full play to the advantages of the software counting the amount quickly and convenience.
