资料简介： 摘要
招标控制价是根据国家或省级、行业建设主管部门颁发的有关计价依据和办法，按设计施工图纸计算的，对招标工程限定的最高工程造价。招标控制价包括分部分项工程费、措施项目费、其他项目费、规费、税金。本设计的主要内容为宿舍楼施工项目招标控制价的编制。
本设计从宿舍楼的设计施工图纸和有关资料入手，工程建筑总面积为4959.53平方米，工程类别为四类工程，抗震等级为三级，抗震设防烈度为7度。根据《11G101-1、2、3图集》和《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》的规则计算出钢筋、混凝土、装饰等各分部分项工程量，并列出工程量清单。在此基础上，按照辽宁省建设工程计价依据《A建筑工程计价定额》、《B装饰装修工程计价定额》、《建设工程费用标准》计算出相应的招标控制价，并列出招标控制价、工程量清单计价表以及综合单价分析表。最后，依据以上内容对本设计进行经济技术分析。工程总造价为5,785,848.63元，每平米造价为1166.74元。
