预应力混凝土简支T型梁桥毕业设计摘要

  摘  要
  本设计是根据设计任务书的要求和《公路桥规》的规定,对浑河长安大桥5×40m简支梁桥进行方案比选和设计的。对该桥的设计,本着“安全、经济、美观、实用”的八字原则,本论文提出三种不同的桥型方案进行比较和选择,方案一:预应力混凝土简支T梁桥;方案二:混凝土肋拱桥;方案三:混凝土T型钢构桥。经由以上的八字原则以及设计施工等多方面考虑、比较确定预应力混凝土简支T梁桥为推荐方案。
  在设计中,桥梁上部结构的计算着重分析了桥梁在使用工程中恒载以及活载的作用利,采用整体的体积以及自重系数,荷载集度进行恒载内力的计算。运用杠杆原理法、偏心压力法求出活载横向分布系数,并运用最大荷载法进行活载的加载。进行了梁的配筋计算,估算了钢绞线的各种预应力损失,并进行预应力阶段和使用阶段主梁截面的强度和变形验算、锚固区局部强度验算和挠度的计算。
  本设计全部设计图纸采用计算机辅助设计绘制,计算机编档、排版,打印出图及论文。

  Abstract
  This design is according to the provisions of the requirements of the design task book and the code for highway bridges, the Hun He Chang An bridge 5 x 40 m simply supported beam bridge scheme selection and design of. The design of the bridge, the spirit of "security, economic, aesthetic, practical," the eight character principle, this paper put forward three kinds of different bridge type scheme comparison and selection, scheme 1: prestressed concrete simply supported T beam bridge; scheme 2: concrete rib arch bridge. scheme 3: concrete T-shaped rigid frame bridge. By the above eight principles of design and construction and other aspects to consider, in comparison to determine the prestressed concrete simply supported T beam bridge is recommended for the program.
  In the design, calculation of the bridge upper structure focuses on the analysis of the bridge in the use of Engineering in constant load and live load effect, the overall volume and weight coefficient, load dead load internal force calculation. By using the lever principle method, the eccentric compression method for live load transverse distribution coefficient, and use the maximum load method of live load loading. Were the reinforcement calculation, an estimate of the loss of prestressed steel strand, and the use of prestressed stage and the stage of the main beam intensity and deformation checking, anchorage zone of local strength checking and deflection calculation.
  The design of all the design drawings using computer aided design drawing, computer coding, typesetting, printing and paper.
