摘要

本次毕业设计的课题是教学楼——沧州市某大学教学楼，其主要用途是为了满足办公、考试、教学等的需要。该教学楼最高层为六层，无地下室，层高为4.2米。

在结构设计中，部分结构形式采用框架结构，同时，屋面采用刚柔性材料作防水处理。除此之外，在九～十轴之间设置一条伸缩缝。在计算方面，电算部分采用成熟的结构设计软件PKPM工程设计软件。手算框架部分采用弯矩二次分配法，风荷载计算则采用改进后的Ｄ值法。这些计算方法的运用，不仅大大提高了运算速度，而且也节省了时间。同时，在设计计算过程中充分运用的办公软件EXECELL电子表格，充分发挥了它在计算方面的优势，为整个计算过程提供了强有Φ淖既沸裕Ｖち思扑愕目尚哦取�

总之，本工程施工顺序为先地下，后地上；先土建后设备安装；先结构后装饰；先框架后砌体，思路明确，便于施工人员对图纸的解读，保证了施工的顺利进行。

ABSTRACT

The topic of this graduation project is theteaching building-- Cangzhou auniversity teaching building scheme.Its main use is to satisfy the working，examing and teaching. The topmost story of this teaching building issix，which does not have the basement.Building store height is 4.2meters.

Some structure forms adopt the framestructure in the designing. Besides，the roofadopts hard and soft materials as waterproof. What's more，one retractility of subside is enactment in nine and tenaxostyle.The electricity evaluation can be regarded as adopting the ripsoftware PKPM engineering design software partly.Hand calculation of the framestructure utilizes bending two law of assigning.And the calculation of windloads adopts the improved D value. Making use of these calculations not onlyimprove the rate of evaluating， but also save much time.Whilecalculating，the office software EXCELL electronic has offered powerfulaccuracy in the whole computational process.And it assures the quality of thecalculating.

In words，this construction organization plans and assignment are detail.Thetotal project is that the underground is at first and then on theground.The rig up is after the building construction .The ornament is after thestructure.Building body is after the frame structure.The mind of this projectis clear，which is convient for construction people to understand and assuresthe construction proceeding.
