摘要
施工组织，是指以科学编制一个工程的 施工组织设计为研究对象，编制出指导施工的技术纲领性文件，合理地使用人力、物力，空间和时间，着眼于工程施工中关键工序的安排，使之有组织、有秩序的施工的组织。
本施工组织设计是以北京市某定向安置房项目一栋住宅楼为实例，对其施工部署、施工准备、施工方法、管理措施等方面进行详细设计。运用大学所学相关专业知识，将理论与实际紧密结合，从工程项目管理者的角度出发，将两套施工方案进行比选，则其最优方案进行设计。从项目开工至项目竣工，从施工成本、技术、工期、安全、环保等实际因素出发，提出施工组织方案，并建立完善的管理措施与管理机构，全面完成该项目的施工组织。
