摘 要
施工组织设计是对施工活动实行科学管理的重要手段，它具有战略部署和战术安排的双重作用。它体现了实现基本建设计划和设计的要求，提供了各阶段的施工准备工作内容，协调施工过程中各施工单位、各施工工种、各项资源之间的相互关系。本工程的建设地点位于海滨城市青岛，建筑面积为4992.8m2，采用的基础是水泥搅拌桩复合地基筏板基础，属于多层住宅楼。此次毕业设计以施工图纸为研究设计依据，在设计期间需要完成施工组织设计的各项内容。根据现场平面布置和施工准备中的人工、材料、机械三方面、合理的安排施工进度，绘制施工平面布置图和施工双代号网络计划图，结合青岛本地建筑需要，采用合适该地区的施工方案。

Abstract
Construction organization design is an important means of scientific management of construction activities, it has the dual role of strategic and tactical arrangements. It embodies the realization of basic construction plan and design requirements, provide the various stages of construction preparation work content, coordination in the construction process of the construction unit, the construction work, the relationship between the various resources. The construction of the project site is located in the coastal city of Qingdao, construction area of 4992.8 m2, is the basis of using cement mixing pile composite foundation raft foundation, belongs to the multilayer residential building. The graduation design in construction drawings design basis for research, needs to be completed during the design of construction organization design. According to the layout and construction preparation of artificial, material, mechanical three aspects, the reasonable arrangement of construction schedule, construction layout and construction of double code network drawing plan, to meet the needs of Qingdao local construction, adopting appropriate construction scheme of the region.
