某5层框架结构员工宿舍结构设计（计算书+图纸）[面积4405]

毕设基本摘要

本工程为嘉兴市美乐家点有限公司职工宿舍。按使用功能将建筑分为5层。主楼五层、标高17.500m，局部6层、标高21.000m。总建筑面积4004.68m2。本建筑物防火等级二级，抗震设防烈度6度。
本工程结构设计采用框架结构，结构计算按横向框架承重分析。内力计算考虑以下三种荷载作用，即竖向恒载作用下的内力，活荷载设计值作用下的内力及风载作用下的内力。本设计不用进行截面抗震计算，但需满足抗震构造措施。保证延性框架要“强剪弱弯，强柱弱梁，强节点弱构件强锚固的设计原则，且满足构造要求。


Design Abstract
The project in jiaxing merlot home some limited company worker dormitory. By using the function will be building into 5 layers. The main building five layer, elevation 17.500 m, local 6 layers, elevation 21.000 m. The total construction area of 4004.68 m2. This building fire protection grade level 2, seismic fortification intensity 6 degrees.
This engineering structure design USES frame structure, structure calculation according to horizontal bearing analysis framework. Internal force calculation consider the following 3 kinds of loads, namely the vertical constant load of internal force, live load value design under the action of internal force and wind load under the action of internal force. This design with no section earthquake-resistant calculation, but need to meet seismic tectonic measures. Ensure remote framework to "strong cut weak bent, strong, strong weak beam columns node weak component design principle, strong anchorage and meet the requirement in construction.
