本设计为多层住宅楼,其现实意义和迫切性不言而喻。本设计结合现代人的生活观念，建立“整合设计”的感念，突出“以人为核心”的设计理论，采用新材料、新技术，充分利用高科技，严格按智能建筑的设计要求进行设计。本施工组织设计是以常州市元巷新村安置住宅小区为背景，从经济和技术统一的全局角度出发，综合考虑各方面因素，从多个可能的方案中，选定最合理、最科学的方案。本结构采用框架剪力结构，平面灵活，使用性强，在满足近期使用功能的同时兼顾今后的改建，从结构上做到为人们创造方便舒适优美的生活空间。

The design for the multi-storey residential building, the significance andurgency of self-evident. The design combined with modern people's life idea,the establishment of "integrated design" concept, highlighting "with artificial design theory the core", the use of new materials, new technology, make full use of high-tech, in strict accordance with the requirements for the design of intelligent building design. The construction organization design is based on Changzhou Yuan Lane Garden residential area as the background, from the perspective of the overall unity of economy and technology, the comprehensive consideration of various factors, from a plurality of possiblescheme, selected the most reasonable and scientific program. The structure adopts a plane shear frame structure, flexible, the use of strong, while meeting the recent use function of both future alterations, from the structure to do to create convenient comfortable and beautiful living space for the people.
