摘 要
3#公寓楼，楼长60m，宽11.6m，建筑面积3556.8㎡。楼全高20.32m，共六层，一至六层层高均为3.0m，另有隔热层层高2.32m，室内外高差0.9m。采用混合结构，条形基础，二级耐火等级，使用年限50年，屋面防水等级3级，抗震设防烈度6度。施工组织设计本着遵守工程合同要求工期和本合同承诺的施工期限，合理安排施工程序与顺序的原则，以国家相应规范、标准为依据，完成了设计任务书所要求的施工组织设计，并在此基础上进行了施工平面图、组织施工和施工进度计划的设计。
