摘 要
该宿舍楼地处新民市.基地面积884 m2，建筑面积5301 m2，层数六层，层高3.3 m.本设计主要针对学生房建，主体结构形式用框架结构.
建筑设计部分包括建筑设计说明书：内容为设计资料分析、设计依据、设计意图及对消防疏散、结构布置、采光通风、平面布置、立面造型等一系列问题的考虑；图纸7～9张1号图：内容包括总平面图、底层平面、楼层平面、正立面、侧立面、屋顶平面（表示屋面排水组织示意）、主剖面图一个、单元房平面放大、节点详图2～3个、门窗表说明.
结构设计部分首先根据建筑设计、材料供应和技术条件，合理确定结构方案和结构布置，并完成主体部分结构布置示意图.在主体建筑部分选取一榀代表性框架及其柱下基础进行计算，写约20000字的计算书，并完成部分非框架结构构件计算及框架电算(PK).最后绘制施工图1号图纸8张，内容为：主体部分基础平面及基础模板配筋图；某层楼盖结构布置图，楼板配筋图；框架结构配筋图.

A dormitory building will be set up in Xinmin . Base area is 884 square meters, building area is 5301 square meters, the layer counts six , all floor story height is 3.3 meters. The design mainly aims at student′s room ,the form of main body construct is frame.
The building design part includes the building design manual: The contents is to the design data analysis, design basis, the design intention and the consideration of a serious of problems like the fire fight evacuate, the construction arrangement, the lighting and airiness, flat surface arrangement, the face shape; 7~ 9 No.1 dagram: The contents includes total plane chart, first floor flat surface, floor flat surface, positive of face drawing , roof flat surface(showing the house drains ), a main cross section ,a room surface enlargement, node figure 2or 3 node detailed drawing.
Construction design is to reasonably make sure the design and arrangement, and complete the sketch drawing of the corpus of construction arrangement, according to the building design, the provide of materials and the technique term . Calculate a representative frame of principle building part and foundation under the pillar, write about 20000 words, and complete the calculation of the un-frame construction member and computer calculation of frame (PK).Draw 8 pieces construction figure with No.1diagram paper finally, the contents is: Corpus parts of foundations flat surface and foundation templates go together with the diagram of collocating reinforcing steel bar ; the diagram of some floor cover construction arrangement , the diagram of collocating reinforcing steel bar, the diagram of the frame construction collocating reinforce steel bar.
