本施工组织设计首先根据图纸资料明确住宅楼的施工方案,其中主要包括土建工程、砌体工程、防水工程、钢筋工程、砼工程 、装饰工程、等各个分部分项工程，然后编制施工进度计划，进行流水施工并根据工程量和时间定额进行人工的安排，最后绘制出横道图、总平面布置图。
该施工组织设计作为指导该工程的全局性文件，是对本工程制定各分项工程施工方案、工程质量的保证措施以及工期成本控制的依据，也是指导和开展紧凑而有秩序施工活动的技术依据。
通过该施工组织设计，我学习到了如何确定施工方案、计算工程量、编制施工进度计划以及对工期、质量目标、项目管理机构设置与劳动力组织、主要技术方案、安全、文明施工、环保、雨期施工等诸多因素做充分考虑！
