毕设基本摘要
摘 要
本次设计是四季百货商场的设计,主要分为建筑设计和结构设计两部分,采用框架结构,采用密肋楼盖或井字梁。其中主体四层,局部五。本工程抗震设防烈度为7度,II 类场地,楼、屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。
建筑设计在符合整体规划的前提下,本着美观、适用的原则进行设计,绘出平、立、剖及构造详图等建筑施工图。
首先,进行了整体的结构布置,对主要构件的尺寸进行了初步估算。然后,进行了水平层间荷载的计算,进而用D值法算出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。算出竖向荷载及其作用下的框架内力。找出结构主要构件的最不利的内力组合,应以此为基础进行构件配筋。此外,进行了框架柱基础及楼梯的设计,并运用PKPM结构分析软件进行了验算,绘制了结构施工图。

ABSTRACT
This design is the design of four seasons department store, which includes architectural design and structural design. The building adopts cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure frame structure, the floor. The building has 5 layers. The seismic fortification intensity of this building is 7degrees. The building locate in class II site.
The architectural design is accordance with the overall planning and meets the “Beautiful, applicable” principles. It contains the plane, elevation and profile design of the building, and the detail drawing of the building construction.
Firstly, structural arrangement of whole building is completed, dimensions of main structural element are estimated. Then, horizontal load, including wind load and earthquake action, are calculated, D value method is used to calculate the structural internal force under horizontal load (bending moment, shear force, axial force). The vertical load and frame component internal force under vertical load are calculated. The most unfavorable internal force combinations of the main structural component are fount out, based on the combination results, element reinforced bar is designed. In addition, the staircase and the column foundation are designed, and the calculation results were checked by using the structure analysis software of PKPM, structural drawings are completed.
