毕设基本摘要

摘  要
本设计为某宿舍楼A栋建筑与结构设计结构设计计算书。设计的主要内容要求是进行宿舍楼设计,包括建筑设计和结构设计。该宿舍楼位于某市某地,占地面积约为655m2,地下室面积约为4732.5m2,建筑层数为十一层,属高层建筑,结构体系采用框架剪力墙结构体系。抗震设防烈度为八度,剪力墙抗震等级按一级计算,框架抗震等级按二级计算。
建筑设计部分设计内容:根据已有建筑用地,确定建筑方案(工程概况、建筑方案设计说明、内外墙及楼地面的初装修情况),绘制主要建筑施工图。建筑造型要求体现新颖性、时代性,立面(特别临街立面)处理要求美观大方,颜色搭配得当,且应符合经济适用的原则。
结构设计部分设计内容:框架剪力墙结构设计。根据建筑施工图确定结构方案,进行结构设计计算(手算主要梁、柱、墙配筋设计和一榀框架剪力墙结构设计,同时以电算复核),绘制结构施工图。结构设计满足结构的安全性、适用性和耐久性。
结构设计根据建筑设计、工艺使用和抗震方面的要求,以及现场材料供应情况和施工能力、场地地质条件等,确定合理的结构方案和结构布置方案,确定框架、楼面、屋面、楼梯及其它承重构件和非承重构件形式。手算只选取一榀横向的框架剪力墙及其柱、墙下基础进行设计计算。
结构设计主要包括以下八个部分:结构刚度计算;水平地震作用、竖向荷载作用下框架和剪力墙内力计算;荷载效应组合;截面设计与配筋计算;楼梯设计、地下室和基础设计。
基础依《建筑地基基础设计规范》进行设计,由地质资料分析统计可知,上部以松软土层为主,层厚较大,分布广泛,地下水丰富。杂填土、中含粘性土细沙和粘土属可液化土,液化等级为中等;上部结构传来的荷载比较大;因此,本工程建筑物不宜采用天然地基,宜采用人工挖孔桩基础方案,选用微风化岩为桩端为桩端持力层。
依据计算结果,结合相应的结构构造要求,运用Auto-CAD、PKPM和天正等软件绘制整栋建筑的结构施工图和修改建筑施工图。计算书写出相应的设计说明、英文资料翻译以及参考文献。本计算书所有项目均以最新规范规定为依据,符合现行规范的要求。本工程结构设计时密切结合建筑设计,力求经济合理,在框架结构体系中适当布置钢筋混凝土剪力墙,作为抗侧力构件与框架协调工作,使结构具有良好的抗震性能。结构分析的重点在于框架和剪力墙的协同工作分析。

Abstract
This these is a structure design calculation book of a dormitory building A of the architectural building and structure design . The design of the main content is the dormitory building design requirements, including the architectural design and structure design. The dormitory building somewhere in some city, covering an area of about 655 m2, the basement area of 4732.5 m2, building layer for the 11 layer, belong to high building. The frame-shearwall system is adopted as structure system. Seismic fortification intensity for 8 degrees, shear wall seismic grade calculated according to the level 1, level 2 frame aseismic according to calculation.
Parts of architectural design contents: according to the existing land for construction, to determine the construction scheme (project summary, architecture design, the external walls and floors that decorate the beginning), rendering the main building construction drawings.The construction model must show the novelty, The Times, the facade (special street facade) processing requirements beautiful and easy, color collocation is proper, and should conform to the principle of economy is applicable.
Parts of structure design contents: the frame shear wall structure design. According to the building construction drawing sure structure scheme, structure design calculation (hand is main beams and columns, wall reinforcement design and a hinged frame shear wall structure design, and computer to review), draw structure construction drawing. Structure design meet the safety of the structure, applicability and durability.
Structure design according to the architectural design, process use and seismic requirements, and the material supply situation and construction ability, the geologic site condition and so on, the determination of reasonable structure scheme and the structure arrangement plan, determine the frame, floor, roof, stair and other bearing component and the bearing component form. Choose a hand is only the horizontal hinged frame shear wall and its column, wall based on the design and calculation.
