内容摘要
施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，用来指导施工项目全过程的各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。施工组织设计也是对施工活动进行科学管理的重要手段，它具有战略部署和战术安排的双重作用。
本工程名称为福州市富贵世家6#楼施工组织方案设计，地点位于福建省福州市，建筑总面积约21025.76m2，建筑占地面积为994.68m2，建筑结构形式为剪力墙结构，建筑层数29层，其中地上29层，地下一层，总高90.3m，户数130户。
本文首先从设计图纸和相关资料入手，根据2013清单计价规范进行工程量清单的计算得到各分部分项工程量，进而列出工程量清单，然后根据设计图纸编制工程概况及特点。确定出合理的施工方案，包括施工流向、施工程序、施工过程的施工顺序和钢筋工程、模板工程、基础工程的施工方法与技术措施。接下来编制施工准备内容，从施工组织机构、施工技术准备、施工机具和物资准备、劳动力组织准备和临时设施计划着手考虑。拟定施工措施和各种需要量计划，进而通过流水节拍的计算确定出较为合理的施工进度计划，让各个施工队能够流水施工，不出现窝工现象。最后绘制合理的施工平面布置图，实现工程项目的技术经济效益的最大化。
在已有施工图纸的情况下进行施工组织设计，完成的内容主要包括工程量清单计算、施工总体方案部署、施工进度计划方案、主要分部分项工程施工方法、施工平面布置图等内容，并相应的进行了进度计划安排。本施工组织设计是根据施工任务和建筑对象，对全部施工活动所作的纲领性安排，编制出切实可行的施工方案，以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本，创建优质工程。

The Construction Organization Design of The Rich Family’s No.6 Building in Fuzhou
Abstract
The construction organization design is the core and soul of the construction organization,is the idea of ideas and specific arrangements for the whole process of construction projects,for the activities of the whole process to guide the construction project technology,economy and organization of comprehensive documents.The construction organization design is the important means of scientific management of construction activities,it has the dual role strategic and tactical arrangements.
The project name is Fuzhou city rich family 6#building construction organization design,lied in Fuzhou,Fujian province,which total construction area is about 21025.76 square meters.Its building construction form is the shear wall construction and has 29 building stories including 29 floors above round and one layers underground.Then the project has 90.3 meters high and 130 households.
This paper from the design drawings and related information of 2013,according to the code of valuation with bill of quantities calculated from all parts of the project,and then list the bill of quantities,and then according to the situation of the preparation of project design drawings and features.To determine a reasonable construction plan,including the construction flow,construction procedure,construction sequence and reinforcement engineering.The construction process of formwork engineering,construction method and technology of foundation engineering measures.Then the preparation of construction preparation,from the construction organization,construction technology preparation,construction equipment and material preparation,labor organization preparation and temporary facilities to consider proposed construction measures and all.A demand plan,and then through the calculation of water meter to determine reasonable construction schedule,so that each construction team to the construction of water,no slowdown phenomenon.Finally,drawing construction layout reasonable,maximize the economic benefits of technology projects.
The construction organization design on the existing construction drawings under the condition of complete content mainly includes the detailed list of engineering quantity calculation,the deployment of construction scheme,construction schedule plan,the main construction method of sub engineering construction layout,etc.,and the corresponding schedule.The construction design is based on the construction task and the construction object,programmatic arrangements for all construction activities,develop the feasible construction scheme,to guide the construction of the successful completion of the project construction,project cost control,to create high-quality project.
