本毕业设计是成都春天商住楼的一个分区的结构设计,在西南交通大学建筑勘察设计研究院的建筑方案图的基础上进行的。这部分分区长度18.0m,宽度:14.7m,占地面积近300亩,共12层,下面两层为商场,上面为住宅,标准层层高为3.1m,其中包括11层跃12层,有屋顶花园,结构屋面标高为39.8m,为小高层建筑,在建筑师设计意图的基础上采用框架剪力墙结构体系,用中国建筑科学研究院开发的PKPM系列软件的SATWE模块进行结构的空间整体分析、设计和验算。
由于软件功能和权限的限制,本设计仅结构的空间分析部分为电算,同时也为了弥补电算不能充分巩固所学的结构概念、力学理论这一缺陷,进行了楼梯部分的手算工作,做到既能够熟练掌握目前主流的结构设计程序SATWE,又有明确清晰的传力路径和结构设计的基本概念来指导结构设计,在设计过程中,把程序当作是结构设计的计算工具,而不是结构设计本身。
楼梯手算部分计算的主要内容为结构构件的空间布置、荷载计算、截面尺寸估算、构件受力分析、配筋设计、验算等。电算过程中,主要用到了PKPM系列软件的两个基本模块:PMCAD和SATWE。在截面估算和结构初步布置的基础上用前者完成结构的空间模型的建立和大致荷载的输入,同时在这里确定钢筋和混凝土的等级,用后者输入结构设计的总信息,比如:地震设防烈度、框架的抗震等级、地震加速度、基本风压、各种内力调整系数等等,实现人机的交互从而达到人工干预程序的目的,最后输出内力和变形信息,画出各个部位结构构件的平法施工图。

Abstract
This graduation design is about the structure of a high-rise building,which locates in Chengdu,This building covers an area of about318 square meter.The length of it is about 18.3 meter and the width about 17.4 meter.It is a high-rise building.The total height of it is about 39.8 meter.
My design was based on the architecture design of Southwest jiaotong university,and it is composed of two sections:analysis by program SATWE,analysis myself..The handworker counting consists of several aspects,included preliminary selection of members size,counting model of frame,loads counting,lateral displacement counting of transverse frame,internal force analysis of horizontal loads and vertical loads,interal force combinations,design of section.Horizontal earthquake counting use the underlying shears way.Counting of vertical loads bending moment use double divided bending way.
Design of section use ultimate condition way.Because this frame belongs to third class frame,I have not count intersection of piont and have not obeyed the order of“strong column and weak beam”.Drawings consist of 8 parts,layout map of standard layer structure and section,steel map of the typical fame and floor,layout and section map of foundations,and last the shop drawing of a standard stairway.
In the reinforced concrete frame design,the process of automated counting by computer includes following steps.At first,build a model of the building by PMCAD.Second,input the load information of the building,which include self weight,earthquake load,wind load and live load and so on.Third,through the analysis of the space frame of the reinforced concrete frame with SATWE,get the information of section of frame components.At the same time,also get the drawing about board by PMCAD aiming the layout the shop drawing of the whole building to build up a building down-to-earth.
Counting a stairway manually by myself make me more familiar with my major,especially our major such as Stucture mechanics,Material mechanics,Mathmatics.
