  摘要:随着高等级公路的迅速发展,中等跨径桥梁的数量大幅增加。桥面连续的简支梁结构体系由于存在桥面容易开裂等缺点在与连续梁结构体系的竞争中常常处于下风。但是现浇连续梁的施工复杂繁琐、费时费力,因此人们开始设想把两者的优越性结合起来来加快连续梁的建设速度。由此产生了先将整跨梁板预制、架设就位,后在端部浇注混凝土并张拉预应力钢束使之连续的先简支后连续施工方法。
  本课题旨在运用大型有限元软件Doctorbrige3.0设计一座5×40m先简支后连续的预应力混凝土连续梁桥。首先根据国家现行规范和目前同类结构设计中的做法进行了混凝土收缩徐变函数定义及上部结构截面选择。其次,通过建立有限元模型对恒载、活载内力进行了计算并进行了荷载组合。再次,根据结构在承载能力极限状态和正常使用极限状态的内力估算并布置预应力钢束。最后,检算了各项应力并对下部结构进行了构造设计。
  本设计可望投入实际应用,所提出的设计方案和设计方法对同类设计具有一定参考价值。

  The Frist Stage of NanDaHe bridge Construction Documents Design
  Abstract:With the rapid development of high-grade highway,the number of bridges of middle-length increases substantially.Simply supported girder bridges with continuous decks are inferior to those of continuous girder bridges because their decks crack easily.Owing to the complex construction of continuous girder bridges,which is time-consuming and laboursome,so people began to think about an approach to combine the advantages of the two so as to speed up the building of continuous girders.Thus the simply supported–continuous construction method,which is applied to erect full span girders by the prefabrication technology first and then pour concrete in the end region of the girders and tension prestressed tendons to make them continuous,is introduced.
  The subject aims to use large-scale finite element software—Doctorbrige3.0 to design a simply supported-continuous prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge with a length of 5×40 meters.Firstly,the function of the shrinkage and creep of concrete is defined and the cross-section of superstructure is chosen according to existing national specifications and the practice in current similar designs.Secondly,the internal force caused by dead load and live load is calculated as well as the load combination by building the finite element model.Thirdly,according to the internal forces of the structure at ultimate limit state and service ability limit state,estimation of the number of the prestressed tendons and distribution of them are done.Finally,the stress calculation design of substructure are taken into account in the paper.
  The design may be expected to put into practical applications.Schemes and analyzing methods of the design can be taken as a reference for other similar designs.
