广州市某11层框剪结构豪华公寓毕业设计（计算书+图纸）[面积6442]

毕设基本摘要

【摘要】本工程为广州市某十一层框架-剪力墙结构豪华公寓设计，耐火等级为二级。平面形状近似为矩形，总建筑面积为6442平方米，建筑高度为34.72米，总层数为11层，室内外底面高差0.52米，建筑沿X、Y方向的宽度均为25.8米。
根据建筑的使用功能、房屋的高度与层数、场地条件、结构材料以及施工技术等因素综合分析考虑，采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架－剪力墙结构体系。楼盖结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。结构的设计使用年限为50年，建筑结构的安全等级为二级，建筑抗震设防类别为丙级。建筑场地土类别为II类。抗震设防烈度为7度，设计基本地震加速度为0.10g。混凝土结构的环境类别为：一类。基础拟采用预制桩基础。

An 11-floor Luxury Apartment of Reinforced Concrete Frame-shearwall Structure
【Abstract】This project is an 11-floor Luxury Apartment of Reinforced Concrete Frame-shearwall Structure. Fire resistance is Grade 2. Building plan shape is rectangle that its total floor areas are 6442m2. The Arch’s overall height is 34.72m. The floor height is 3.0m，The number of stories is 11.
Reinforced concrete frame-shearwall structure is adopted according to the use function, the stores, site condition, materials and construction technique. The service life of structural design is 50years. The safety grade of the structure is Grade 2. Seismic fortification criterion is Grade third. The classification of soil is Sort II. Seismic fortification intensity is 7. The design basic acceleration of ground motion is 0.10g. The classification of the environmental is that: the structural elements’ classification is Grade 1. Reinforced concrete Maded pile foundation and the stiffness box basement are adopted in this project.
