毕设基本摘要
摘 要:本工程为六层砖混结构留学生公寓。建筑层数为六层,层高2.8m,总建筑面积5400㎡。抗震设防烈度7度,场地类别为Ⅱ类,结构设计使用年限为50年。本工程为二类建筑,耐火等级为二级,工程±0.00同绝对标高525.38m。
结构设计依据国家相关规范进行:计算各楼板和屋面板的恒荷载,同时确定活载值。根据荷载设计值计算出楼面和屋面的配筋。将板上荷载按单向板、双向板的传力特点传给各墙体,然后根据各墙所受荷载及墙体自重,验算墙体抗压承载力。根据抗震设防数据及结构重力荷载代表值,计算出水平地震作用下墙体承担的剪力,并验算墙体的抗剪承载力。计算出墙段基础上部荷载,并由此确定基础类型和配筋。在最后进行雨篷计算。
设计中楼屋面板计算使用了天正公司的天正结构软件。
经过验算,该结构符合安全性、可靠性要求。

Abstract: This engineering is a multistory building. It is a brick and concrete mixed structure. The building has six tiers,layer is 2.8 m, with a total construction area of 5400 ㎡. Intensity of anti-seismic defence is established to 7 degree. The structure is designed to use 50 years.. This engineering is second building, fireproof rank as secondary, the engineering ±0.00 is equal to absolute elevation 525.38 m
Structure design according to the relevant national standards: calculate the floor and the roof board, and make sure the constant load live load value. According to load the design value calculated floor and the roof reinforcement. Will the load on the one-way plate, two-way board of the power transmission characteristics to the wall, and then based on the wall and wall body weight by load, checking wall compressive capacity. According to the seismic data structure and gravity loads, calculating the value represents the level earthquake effect for the shear wall, and calculation of the wall shear capacity. Calculated based the upper loads for wall, and then define basic types and reinforcement. Calculate canopy at the last.
Floor and roof design calculation used the software :structure software.
After checking, the structure comply with the safety and reliability requirements.
