毕设基本摘要

摘  要
    实验楼是一个学校形象的重要代表，也是我们非常熟悉的建筑物，实验楼的艺术美更符合现代人的需求，此外还必须有较高的实用性、经济性。实验楼具有价格较高，品类较多、选择性较强，安全要求比较高的特点，从一片荒地，到屹立的实验楼，从规划、勘察、设计、施工等等，来自过程与细部，都比较全面地涵盖了土木工程专业理论的各个方面，不仅巩固了四年来所学的专业理论知识，实习中的理论联系实际，也为即将步入的社会实践打牢基础，更重要的是为现代建筑事业的研究与发展添砖加瓦，所以选择具有代表性实验楼作为设计。
现代实验楼：学校的规划设计，追求创造一个功能完备、设施齐全、有利身心健康、环境和谐优美、人文内涵浓郁丰厚、国际化现代化的新型学校，是教书育人、传承文明，造就二十一世纪新型人才的理想园地。整体建筑体现出严谨、务实、前瞻、邃密的办学理念，而实验楼是这些内容的主要体现者。
实验楼在中国的发展趋势将表现为：更加细分和规范，规模越来越大，资金来源越来越广，先进的教学设施包括试验中心、艺术教育中心、多媒体中心和学生服务中心。现代实验楼越发趋于将各类设施（不同实用功能的房间）统一于一体。这就给设计与规划带来更进一步的探究与挑战 。也促进了建筑事业的进一步发展。
随着我国的建筑法规的健全，对实验楼的规管力度的加大，实验楼的安全性能会得到保证在设计中，认真贯砌“适用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则。本设计主要包括两个内容。

Abstract

The experiment building with prices higher, more category, strong selectivity, characteristics of safety requirements are relatively high, from a piece of wasteland, to the laboratory building stands, reconnaissance, design, construction, from planning and so on, from the process and details, are comprehensively covers all aspects of civil engineering theory, not only consolidate the professional theory of four years study, theory with practice in practice, but also lay a solid foundation for the social practice is about to enter, more important is to do what little one can to help for the research and development of modern architecture, so select the representative building as experimental design.
Modern experimental building: the planning and design of the school, the pursuit of creating a complete function, complete facilities, favorable physical and mental health, the environment is beautiful and harmonious, humanistic connotation rich and generous, internationalization modernization model school, is to impart knowledge and educate people, heritage of civilization, to create the ideal garden twenty-first Century new talent. The whole building reflects the rigorous, pragmatic, prospective, careful education philosophy, and the laboratory building is mainly reflected the content of the.
In the trend of the development of China experimental building will be shown as: subdivide and specification, increasingly large scale, source of funds is more and more wide, advanced teaching facilities including test center, art education center, media center and student service center. Modern experimental building more and more tend to be all kinds of facilities (different utility functions into one room). This leads to further explore and challenge to design and planning. But also to promote the further development of the cause of building.
Along with our country building the perfection of laws and regulations, increase the experimental building regulatory efforts, the safety performance of experimental building will be guaranteed in the design, the design principle of "safety, carry out seriously applicable,  
economic, aesthetic". This design mainly includes two contents.
