本工程为泗阳新城市花园16#住宅楼，该工程属于现浇钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构，抗震设防烈度为7度，桩基础，无地下室，地上十八层，建筑面积为14652.74m2，计划工期一年。此单位工程的招标控制价针对性与独立性较强，通过招标控制价的编制，有利于客观、合理的评审投标报价和避免哄抬标价，正确反映工程建设的实际成本，符合建设单位和设计单位的要求，并且在施工过程中严格认真地做好成本控制，保证拟建工程施工的顺利进行与价格的合理控制，取得好、快、省的效果。
