摘要
此设计为常德市区,建筑总长50.64米,总宽为17.34 ,标高为23.1米,总建筑面积为5600平方米,层数为六层。
在建筑设计上,办公室和客房分开布置,每层平面各功能房间布置应符合规范,同时要满足消防和疏散要求。
在结构设计上,取一榀框架作为计算单元,进行了受荷分析和荷载计算,考虑了风荷载的不利影响后,进行内力计算,核对各种荷载后又进行内力组合。具体对梁、柱、板,楼梯、基础等结构进行了配筋计算。
施工组织设计时,结合工程特点使技术的先进适用性和经济合理性相结合,遵循施工验收规范、操作规程和遵守有关防火、保安及环保的规定,确保工程质量和施工安全。
