摘要
工程概预算是指在工程建设过程中，根据不同设计阶段的设计文件的具体内容和有关定额、指标及取费标准，预先计算和确定建设项目的全部工程费用的技术经济文件。施工图预算是指拟建工程在开工之前，根据已批准并经会审后的施工图纸、施工组织设计、现行工程预算定额、工程量计算规则、材料和设备的预算单价、各项取费标准，预先计算工程建设费用的经济文件。
本文主要对丰林工业新区棚改安置房项目26#楼施工预算进行编制，在编制过程中工程量全部采用软件算量，材料价格根据江西13清单进行套价，工程造价全部采用广联达软件进行套价。最后对人机料进行了综合分析，比较合理的表明了该工程造价的组成等相关内容。

Abstract
The determination and control of project cost is an important part of project management.It can take effective measures in the whole process of project construction（investment decision-making.design.bidding.construction stage）to control the total cost of project construction within the approved limit.and correct the deviation at any time.so as to ensure investment estimation and design estimate.Achieving management objectives such as final accounts and completion accounts can achieve the goal of rational use of human.material and financial resources and maximizing investment benefits.
This paper mainly compiles the construction budget of26th floor，shanty to rehousing project，new Richwood industrial zoneIn the process of compiling.all the quantities are calculated by software.Material prices are hedged according to Jiangxi 13list.All engineering costs are hedged by Guanglian Da software.Finally.a comprehensive analysis of the man-machine data is made.which shows the composition of the project cost and other related contents reasonably.
