本次毕业设计是从建筑施工单位的角度出发对某小区5#、6#住宅楼工程进行工程施工单位工程施工组织设计。
本工程设计及施工特点：基础采用人工挖孔灌注桩，桩身10m左右，施工受地下水影响，必须考虑实施降水措施；主体采用全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，柱全为异型柱，混凝土强度等级，框架柱，柱1-3层为C30，4层以上为C25，板为C25，在模板的选择及混凝土浇注上考虑实际施工情况；填充墙采用加气混凝土砌块，M5混合沙浆砌筑，要考虑墙体稳定性；屋面为SBS卷材防水屋面：装饰为一般装饰做法，外墙喷涂，内墙抹灰，水泥地面，厨房卫生问采用贴瓷砖地面。
施工组织设计方面：针对工程实际情况，降水采用管井降水方便施工，配备两台固定式塔式起重机和两台井架作为垂直与水平运输工具。在施工组织安排上，为避免工作队不能连续施工而窝工形成资源浪费，根据本工程实际情况，在主体部分为使钢筋，模板，砼能不简断流水，须将工程划分为四个施工段，装饰部分内墙按每一自然层为施工段，自上而下施工。基础部分5#，6#楼，分别作为一个施工段来流水施工。进而根据工期要求确定流水节拍，绘制施工进度计划网络图。并采取组织措施，技术措施，合同措施，经济措施，以及信息管理等措施对施工进度加以严格控制。
最后，在确定了施工方案，做好施工准备工作后，本着尽量减少施工用地，布置紧凑合理，满足安全防火和劳动保护的要求，以及合理组织运输，保证运输方便通畅减少各种工种互相干扰的大体原则，设计出施工总平面图。根据现场场地狭小的实际情况，分别在5#楼的北侧，6#楼的北侧各布置一台井架，作为主体和装饰阶段施工的垂直运输工具，同时布置一台固定式起重机负责水平的运输和部分垂直运输，现场设置钢筋场，砂石料堆场，砌体堆场，临时设施及办公室。施工时严格按施工平面图堆放材料，布置机具，搭设临设，预留施工和消防通道，确保施工现场清洁有序，道路畅通，尤其是对周围环境的保护，尽量可能的不要对周围的居民日常生活造成不便。施工组织设计中水，电，暖等配合土建施工。

This graduation project is a construction organization design for residential buildings 5#and 6#in a certain community from the perspective of the construction unit.
The design and construction characteristics of this project:The foundation adopts manual excavation and grouting piles,with a pile body of about 10m.The construction is affected by groundwater,and precipitation measures must be considered for implementation;The main body adopts a fully cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure,with all columns made of special-shaped columns and concrete strength grade.The frame columns are C30 for floors 1-3,C25 for floors 4 and above,and C25 for slabs.The selection of templates and concrete pouring should consider the actual construction situation;The infill wall is constructed using aerated concrete blocks and M5 mixed mortar,taking into account the stability of the wall;The roof is made of SBS roll material waterproof roof:the decoration is general decoration method,with external wall spraying,internal wall plastering,cement floor,and kitchen hygiene using tile flooring.
In terms of construction organization design:Based on the actual situation of the project,pipe well dewatering is adopted for convenient construction,equipped with two fixed tower cranes and two derricks as vertical and horizontal transportation tools.In terms of construction organization and arrangement,in order to avoid the waste of resources caused by the inability of the work team to continue construction,according to the actual situation of this project,in order to ensure that the steel bars,formwork,and concrete can flow smoothly in the main part,the project must be divided into four construction sections.The interior wall of the decoration part is divided into construction sections according to each natural layer,and construction is carried out from top to bottom.The basic sections of Building 5 and Building 6 will be used as separate construction sections for flow construction.Based on the schedule requirements,determine the flow rate and draw a construction schedule network diagram.And take organizational measures,technical measures,contractual measures,economic measures,and information management measures to strictly control the construction progress.
Finally,after determining the construction plan and preparing for construction,based on the principles of minimizing construction land,compact and reasonable layout,meeting the requirements of safety,fire prevention,and labor protection,as well as organizing transportation reasonably to ensure convenient and smooth transportation and reduce interference between various types of work,a general construction plan is designed.According to the actual situation of the narrow site,a well frame is arranged on the north side of Building 5 and Building 6 respectively,as a vertical transportation tool for the main body and decoration stage construction.At the same time,a fixed crane is arranged for horizontal transportation and partial vertical transportation.A steel bar yard,sand and gravel yard,masonry yard,temporary facilities and offices are set up on site.During construction,materials should be strictly stacked according to the construction plan,equipment should be arranged,temporary facilities should be erected,and construction and fire exits should be reserved to ensure that the construction site is clean and orderly,roads are unobstructed,especially for the protection of the surrounding environment.It is best not to cause inconvenience to the daily lives of surrounding residents.In the construction organization design,water,electricity,heating,etc.are coordinated with civil construction.
