毕设基本摘要
摘 要
随着城市的发展,人口的激增,改善市民居住条件的问题更显突出,为在有限的地段内增加更多的居住面积,同时配置相应的商业服务设施以方便生活。本毕业设计内容为大庆市银亿阳光城小区B-56#高层框架结构综合住宅楼。
设计内容包括建筑设计和结构设计。建筑设计中通过对建筑周围的环境设计,建筑的平面、立面、剖面设计,建筑构造做法及材料的选用,形成了一整套合理可行的建筑方案。
结构设计,包括框架梁、板、柱的设计以及楼梯设计等。经与甲方研究决定,本设计的结构采用框架承重体系,外墙采用小型混凝土空心砌块砌筑中间夹苯板,内墙采用240或120砖墙;计算中取一榀框架在水平地震作用、水平风载荷作用和竖向载荷作用下的内力计算及内力组合计算。此设计为抗震设计,其中梁、柱的设计都采用了比较常用的弹性理论方案,板的设计采用塑性理论方案。由于本设计为6度抗震设计,高度大于30m,知框架的抗震设计等级为三级,因此设计过程中还进行了地震作用下弹性位移验算等。设计后达到了强度、刚度和稳定性方面的要求。
通过本次毕业设计,我基本熟悉了高层框架住宅设计的步骤和思路,对建筑设计和结构设计过程有了较深刻的认识。

Abstract
Along with the city development, population increasing sharply, improves the resident housing conditions the question to reveal prominently, for increases the more floor space in the limited land sector, simultaneously disposes the corresponding commercial servicing facility to facilitate the life. Therefore this graduation project content synthesizes housing building N for the Daqing yinyi sunlight cities plot high level portal frame construction.
Design content including architectural design and structural design. In the architectural design through to periphery the construction environment design, the construction plane, the vertical surface, the section plane design, the construction structure procedure and material selection, has formed an entire set of reasonable feasible construction plan.
Structural design, including frame girder, board, column design as well as staircase design and so on. After studies the decision with the party of the first part, this design structure uses the frame load-bearing system, the outer wall uses among the small concrete hollow unit masonry and building to clamp the benzene board, the inner wall uses 240 or 120 brick walls; In the computation takes a arrange frame under the horizontal earthquake function, the horizontal wind load function and the vertical load function endogenic force computation and the endogenic force combination computation. This design is the earthquake resistance design, girder□and column design all used the quite commonly used theory of elasticity plan, the board design has used the plastic theory plan. As a result of this design earthquake resistance design, the higher more than 30m, knows frame the earthquake resistance design rank is three levels, therefore in the design process has also carried on under the earthquake function the elastic displacement cheak computations and so on. After the design had achieved the intensity, the rigidity and the stable aspect request □through this graduation project, I has basically been familiar with the high level frame housing design step and the mentality, had a more profound understanding to the architectural design and the structural design process.
