1 引言
土木工程是指房屋、公路、铁路、桥梁、水工、港工、地下等工程的总称。土木工程对国家的建设和人民生活的非常明显和重要。土木工程密切关系到人类赖以生存和繁衍的四大基本要素：衣、食、住、行，为人类提供住宅、宾馆、公寓、衣料生产贮藏基地、食品冷库、公路、机场、铁路、港口、码头、厂房、实验室等人类生活和发展的必要场所空间。
