小区新建项目工程，总建筑面积为12612.76m，由置业有限公司建设，本小组运用成本控制的基础理论知识，从项目管理者角度出发，对施工图预算进行了设计，根据《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价定额》为依据以及《房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范》以及《水电安装好穿预算与定额》《通用安装工程工程量计算规范》，编制了单位工程招标价汇总表,分布分项工程量清单与计价表，分部分项工程量清单综合单价分析表，措施项目清单与计价表，规费税金项目清单与计价表，承包人供应材料一览表。
负责工程量计算书的砼工程量计算与计价，装饰工程中天棚部分的工程量的计量与计价;孙计算书的土方工程量计算的计量与计价，装饰工程中墙柱面的计量与计价;计算书的砌筑工程量的计量与计价,装饰工程中楼地面的计量与计价;计算书中钢筋纪模板的计量与计价，装饰工程中屋面及室外工程的计量与计价;此工程的安装工程的计量与计价。

Abstract
Ruian construction area of 12612.76 square meters.According to the construction drawing budget book program, follow the rules of engineering quantity calculation, in 2014 the “Jiangsu province construction and decoration project valuation table”as the basis and the 2008 valuation list compiledbidding unit project summary table, sub engineering quantity list valuation table , the comprehensive unit price and partial engineering quantity analysis table, list of project and measures the meter, fees and taxes project listvaluation table, the contractor to supply material list. At the same time the application list compiled future software to complete this project construction drawing budget.
TangRong is responsible for the engineering quantity calculation of earthwork engineering quantity calculation of the measurement and valuation, decoration engineering wall cylinder and pricing; measurement XuyuLiang and XuXing are responsible for the calculation of the project’s concrete engineering quantity and valuation, and valuation measurement ceiling part of the decoration engineering; YinqingBo and CuisiLiang is responsible for the installation engineering.
