摘要

本设计综合运用所学的专业知识，根据设计任务书的要求进行了框架结构住院部的建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计。

设计过程遵循先建筑后结构再基础的顺序进行。建筑设计，依据建筑总体规划要求、建筑用地条件和基地周边的环境特点，首先设计建筑平面，其次进行立面造型、剖面设计。建筑设计满足使用功能和造型艺术的要求，并适应未来发展与灵活改造的需要。

结构设计密切联系建筑设计，以现行的有关规范为依据，主要包括结构选型及结构布置、确定计算简图及计算单元、荷载计算、侧移控制、内力组合、构件设计、楼梯设计、基础设计等内容。本工程采用钢筋混凝土结构框架结构体系，选择了有代表性的一榀框架进行计算。对于竖向荷载作用采用弯矩二次分配法，水平荷载作用采用D值法。设计计算整个过程中综合考虑了技术经济指标和施工工业化的要求。

施工组织设计主要包括施工准备工作、施工部署、主要项目的施工方法以及技术质量、安全生产、文明施工方面的一系列措施。

ABSTRACT

Thisthesis uses the professional knowledge synthetically according to the requestof the design program. The design of the medical building includesarchitectural design, structural design and construction management design.

    The designprocess follows the order: firstly, architectural design; secondly, structuraldesign; lastly, the foundation design. The architectural design, according tothe master plan of the building, the site condition, peripheral urbanenvironment, and characteristic of the base design the building plain at first.The elevation design is carried on secondly, considering building classify andfire prevention. The architectural design should meet the needs of thefunctional requirement, the use requirement and development and flexibletransformation in the future.

Structural designmaintains close ties with the architectural design, which is based on currentrelevant codes. It includes the structure style, the preliminary estimation forthe structural members, confirmation of the sketch and unit for calculation,sideway control, load calculation, component design, slab-stairs design, flooroverlay design and foundation design. This project adopts cast-in-placereinforced concrete structure, which has chosen a representative frame tocalculate. Vertical load function adopts moment distribution method, level loadfunction adopts D value method, and seismic load function adopts equivalentbase shear method.

   Constructionmanagement design includes the preparation of construction, constructionschedule, the main construction method and a series of measures fortechnological quality, safety in production and civilization construction.
