摘 要
《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》的实施是工程造价计价方式改革的一项重大举措，是面向工程建设市场，运用市场定价机制，改革工程造价管理，逐步建立由政府宏观调控、市场有序竞争形成工程造价的新机制。它标志着工程造价管理发生了由传统“量价合一”的计划模式向“量价分离”的市场模式的重大转变。
本次设计中，对工程造价的基本理论以及国内外对工程量清单模式的研究现状进行简单的介绍，阐述了在工程量清单研究方面存在的相关问题和未来的发展前景。本文主要结合颇家新城9#楼的工程量清单的编制说明工程量清单具体的应用，本次设计首先根据工程量清单计价规范、施工图纸来采用实物金额法确定出工程量清单，然后根据相关定额等计价依据对已经编制的工程量清单进行报价，最定出该工程的总价，最后对工程造价的指标进行汇总分析。

ABSTRACT
The construction of code of valuation is priced in project cost is a major reform initiatives, is facing construction in China market, market pricing mechanism, the reform of engineering cost management, gradually set up by the government's macro-regulation, market and orderly competition mechanism of project cost. It marks the project cost management from traditional "occurred quantity and price of unity" plan "mode to the market price of separation" mode.
The design of engineering cost, the basic theory and research status of BOQ mode is introduced briefly in China, this paper expounds the bile research related problems and future prospects. This paper bill of quantities and biding for Po Jia Newtown no.1 residential project, this design according to the valuation standard, the construction drawings to determine the real value, then according to the BOQ valuation on the basis of relevant quota etc have compiled the bile price, the price of this project, and contributed to the project cost finally summarize and analyze the index.
