某市属第7中学后勤服务楼设计（计算书+图纸+概预算）[面积5877]

毕设基本摘要

摘要
本设计是一栋包括学生宿舍、食堂、后勤办公室等服务设施的综合性服务楼。总建筑面积5877.48平方米，共五层,层高均为3.3米,抗震设防烈度为7度。
设计包括1、建筑设计；2、结构设计；3、施工预算。建筑设计包括建筑方案和建筑施工图设计。结构设计包括结构选型、结构布置、框架内力计算和结构施工图设计。竖向荷载作用下的内力计算采用分层法，水平荷载作用下的内力计算采用D值法。内力组合考虑非地震作用和地震作用两类组合。梁跨中截面配筋按“T”型截面计算，支座按矩型截面计算，柱的配筋按对称配筋设计。施工图预算是对各分部分项工程的工程量计算、套预算综合单价、进行工料机分析等。
本设计提交的文件包括结构计算书和施工图。计算书是一榀框架及柱下基础的设计计算过程及相关说明，另外自选一个楼梯进行计算，然后编制分部分项工程的工程量计算表、工料分析表等。施工图包括建筑施工图和结构施工图。

ABSTRACT
It is a chinaberry design which includs student’s dormitory,mess hall,logistics office grade service facility’ syntheses service building.Gross building areas 5877.48 square meter,altogether five layer, height of each floor of 3.3 meters,and also earthquake is just think about for seven degree.
The design includes: 1、Architectural design that contents architectural competition design and architectural working drawing design ；2、Structure design contented structure lectotype,structural arrangement,frame internal force count and drawing；3、Construction budget.The internal forces conut acted by vertical load adopted stratification,and horizontal load forces count adopted D value method.In internal force combination we considered no shaken action and direct-transmitted shock effect twain array porper. The middle section of girder span distributed steel press”T”type section count, the bearing press moment type section count,the distributed steel of the columns adopt  symmetry distributed steel. Construction budget is each branch kinds of construction’quantities count,sheath budget syntheses unit price,proseed material and then engine analyses those and so on.
  The design must submit files included structural calculation and working drawing. Calculation sheet selected a frame and the base belowed the columns to calculate and explan,in addition to option one staircase to make calculation.From thoes I can orgnize the quantities calculator,material and labour cost analysis and so on. The working drawing include architectural drawing and structural drawing.
