[摘要]
本毕业设计题目“******住宅楼”工程。该工程共6层，一至六层均为住宅。总建筑面积3345m2，总长42.1米，总宽12.7米，每高2.8米，为多层建筑，防火等级二级。抗震等级6级。结构设计使用年限为50年。
本毕业设计主要内容包括建筑设计、结构设计和施工设计三个部分。建筑设计是依据设计任务书提供的建筑设计方案的基础上进行修改、充实和完善，完成了建筑平、立、剖面设计、各细部的构造设计及总平面设计。结构设计是本毕业设计的重点，主要依据已完成的建筑设计、结构现行规范及工程地质水文地质条件设计而成。完成的主要内容有，结构方案的选择和结构布置。用手工进行结构的分析计算工作（构件截面尺寸的初步估计、荷载的计算、及次梁等小构件的设计、框架的设计、楼梯的设计及基础的设计），同步完成了相应部分的配筋计算及结构构造设计。施工设计包括施工方案和施工方法、施工进度计划、确定施工平面图、质量保证和安全技术措施、资源供应计划等内容。

[Abstract]
     This graduation design topic \"teachers village 3 # residential building\" project. The project, a total of 6 layer, one to six floors are residential. A total construction area of 3345 m2, total length of 42.1 meters, total 12.7 meters wide, each 2.8 meters high, for multistory buildings, fire rating level 2. Seismic grade level 6. Structure design, use fixed number of year for 50 years.This graduation design mainly includes the architectural design, structural design and construction design of three parts. Architectural design is provided on the basis of the design plan descriptions of the architectural design scheme based on modified, enrich and perfect, completed the building flat, elevation, section design, structure design and general layout design of each detail. Structure design is the key point of this graduation design, the main basis for the completed building design, the structure of the current design codes and engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions.  To structure the analysis and calculation of working by hand (preliminary estimate of members section size, load calculation, and second beam of small components design, framework design, stair design and basic design), synchronization completed the corresponding part of the reinforcement calculation and structure design. Construction design including construction scheme and construction methods, construction progress plan, determine the construction plan, quality assurance and safety technical measures, such as resource supply plan.
