摘要
建筑业作为我国的支柱产业，在推动社会进步和经济发展方面具有重要的促进作用。总书记在十九次代表大会中指出要全面建设小康社会夺取新时代中国特色社会主义伟大胜利。随着国家的强大，社会的发展，人民生活水平越来越高，建筑工程的需求也就逐步增大。编制 施工组织设计前要计算建设一项工程预计开支和实际开支所需的全部投资费用必然离不开工程造价。在进行工程造价文件的编制时我们采用工程量清单计价，按照国家统一要求编制和运用工程量清单，不仅能更好的适应我国当前工程造价的发展趋势，也有利于国家对建设市场的统一管理。
本毕业设计通过宝山国际的工程为实例，进行了工程量清单计价。通过使用各种计量计价软件和规定的清单定额，掌握了工程造价文件的编制过程。

It is necessary to calculate the total investment costs that are required for the construction of a project to estimate the expenditure and actual expenditure. When making project cost file compiling, we use the quantities bill valuation in accordance with the unified state requires preparation and the use of bill of quantities. It can not only better adapt to the developing trend of engineering cost in our country, but also can be advantageous to the national unified management of the construction market.
This graduation project took the project of baoshan international as an example and carried out the bill of quantities. Through the use of various measurement and valuation software and specified list quota, master the construction cost document preparation process.
